Typical questions that fit in this category relate to discovering risks due to changes that clearly have not been tested at all in a pre-production area, such as: Which FRZ packages have not ever been promoted?   • Reduce risk of changes that have not been tested.
  • Production down situations caused by poor testing (or worse: due to the lack of testing facilities).
